Each assigned caregiver is thoroughly screened to adapt to the specific needs of every client. Hence, the care plan we offer is designed on an individual basis as each case is unique. As a caregiver, the individual needs to assume several roles such as that of a care provider, a friend, a confidant, or an advocate. With all these challenges, the caregiver needs to be well prepared which explains why an individual’s approach to each case is more than crucial. At Growth Process International Employment Pvt. The services we offer are not restricted only to home care but also include disability care and child care. Disability care includes care for the elderly or any individual who is suffering from any kind of handicap. Child care involves baby care as well as care for children suffering from cerebral palsy.
