  1. Demand Letter :
    A copy of the demand letter from the employer containing all the details of the vacancy demand accordingly authenticated with the stamp of the chamber of commerce. The demand should specify the type of worker, wages/salary, qualification, experience, and other terms & conditions of services and benefits the employer would like to offer.
  2. Power of Attorney:
    A copy of power of attorney properly authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of labor from the employer country in favor of the recruiting agent to act on his behalf and also requires the stamp of the chamber of commerce.
  3. Contract Paper :
    A sampler copy of the employment contract or service agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave, transportation, etc.
  4. Consular Letter :
    A copy of visa advice/consular letter/ entry permit duly authenticated.
  5. Agreement Letter :
    A copy of the agreement letter between both parties.
